Wheelchair Basketball is one of the largest leading international Paralympic Sports, played by people with a wide range of physical impairments. These include; paraplegia, spina bifida, amputees, brittle bones, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, polio, and many more.
Not all players are daily wheelchair users, so even if you use crutches or other mobility aids, as long as you can self -propel a wheelchair and are able to take instructions from coaching staff, you too can get involved.
